Sukkur Water and Sewerage Corporation
The Sukkur Water and Sewerage Corporation (SWSC) has been established with the primary mandate of supplying potable (safe and clean) water and efficiently disposing of sewage within the territorial limits of Sukkur Municipal Corporation.
In order to make it efficient and self-sustainable, the Act has been passed by the Provincial Assembly in 2023 giving the most needed legal reform for betterment of the Water Supply and Sewerage Sector.

Managing abstraction of raw water, pumping systems, and high-efficiency treatment operations across Sukkur.
Strategic planning, operating, and maintaining the main sewerage network, pumping stations, and treatment of wastewater.
Supervising the distribution network, reducing non-revenue water (NRW), and mitigating illegal connections through active asset rehabilitation.
Driving institutional sustainability, precise metering infrastructure, equitable billing matrices, and rapid grievance redressal protocols.
